the method
every class at groove house begins with the same question: what does the body actually need today.
we teach reformer pilates with intention. not as a workout to be conquered, but as a practice to be refined. our instructors are trained to see the body in motion — to notice the small things most studios miss. a shifted ribcage. a held breath. a knee that wants to fall in.
we cue with precision. we move with control. we build strength the way it lasts — slowly, deeply, from the inside out.
this is not pilates for the algorithm. this is pilates the way it was meant to be taught.


the space
groove house was designed to feel like an exhale.
warm light. natural materials. equipment placed with intention. nothing here is loud. nothing here is rushed. the space asks you to slow down before the work even begins — and that is part of the work.
